1. Introduction
Fittly ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Fittly mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App. By using Fittly, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not receive your Google password.
2.2 Photos and Images
The App requires access to your device camera and photo library to capture and select clothing and body photos for virtual try-on. Photos you provide are used solely to generate your try-on result and are not used for any other purpose.
2.3 Usage Data
We collect data about your in-app activity, including the number of try-ons you have performed and your credit balance.
2.4 Purchase Information
If you purchase credits, the transaction is processed by the Google Play Store. We use a third-party service to manage in-app purchases. We never receive or store your payment card details.
2.5 Shopping URLs
If you share or paste a product URL from a shopping website, that URL is used only to display product images within the App. We do not store or share these URLs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate you and display your profile
- Generate AI-powered virtual try-on results
- Enforce free tier limits and manage your credit balance
- Process and fulfill in-app purchases
- Improve the App's performance and reliability
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage
Some data is stored locally on your device, including photos and try-on history. This data is stored in app-private storage and is not accessible to other apps. Account and usage data is stored securely on our cloud servers.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party services for authentication, payment processing, and AI image generation. Each third party handles data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
6. Permissions
The App requests the following device permissions:

We only request permissions when needed and do not access your camera or photos in the background.
7. Data Retention
- Local data: Stored on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App.

8. Children's Privacy
Fittly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit. We do not store your photos beyond what is necessary to deliver your try-on result.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
